Gift Certificate Policy's

The Fine Print

Gift certificates may have expiration periods.
Gift certificates must be redeemed through Diamond's Oceanside in Ortley Beach
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not valid for prior purchases
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash or credit card refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or cash
Gift certificates have no cash value.
Emailed and physically shipped certificates are subject to the same verification rules, which could prevent an emailed certificate from being sent the same day as the day of order.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays or order cancellations.
Diamond's is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete deliver information.
Diamond's is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates
Diamond's may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
Gift certificates and their use on the diamondsrestuarant.com Web site are subject to these roles and our Privacy policies.

Sending Email Gift Certificates: When sending email gift certificates, please be aware that some email programs may block or even delete email messages which originate from an address not specified by the recipient as an accepted address. All Diamond's email gift certificates are sent from sales@diamondsrestaurant.com. If you are concerned that your recipient may have email filters turned on, you may want to send the gift certificate to your own email address and then forward it to them or print it out to give to them.
